Daniel Crisci has participated in over a billion dollars of real estate and financial transactions. Combined with over a decade of comprehensive real estate experience and transaction coordination, Daniel provides a unique set of expertise in real estate brokerage, property management and finance. Daniel’s experience includes property management, distressed asset preservation, project management, consulting, construction, sales, leasing and finance in both the residential and commercial sectors.
Daniel is founding Partner and serves as acting Broker of The Firm Realty.
Matthew’s real estate profession includes twenty years of licensed real estate sales, management and marketing experience.
Originally from Ligonier, Pennsylvania, his profession in real estate began in 2002 during a nine-year residency in Boston, Massachusetts where he initially moved to attend the renowned Berklee College of Music. In his second year there, he began combining real estate licensing and management courses before obtaining a real estate license in the state of Massachusetts.
Notably holding his license with Boston Real Estate Group under Remax and later rebranding under ERA, highlights include recognition with the “Diplomats Circle Award” from the Greater Boston Real Estate Board for facilitating over $2.5 million in transactions for his first year in real estate (2003). Matthew went on to engage in the development, growth and success of Hamilton Partners Residential Brokerage and Metropolitan Boston Real Estate. Activities included brokerage startup, management and sales, training specialization in relocation, residential, luxury condominiums, investment and commercial properties.
In 2008, Matthew relocated to the Los Angeles area when offered a position at The Firm Entertainment, one of the largest leading entertainment management & production companies, positioned on Wilshire in Beverly Hills. There he led the media production and technical initiatives across four departments that included music, film, television and literary. After leaving The Firm Entertainment, he continued directing creative management and production before obtaining a real estate license in the state of California. After a four-year term licensed with Sotheby’s International Realty, one of the largest luxury brands in real estate, Matthew founded The Firm Realty.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Entertainment Business; Music Production & Engineering from Berklee College of Music.
Matthew is Managing Partner and serves as Director of Sales and Marketing for The Firm Realty.
